We focus on teaching and improving your cardio, weightlifting and gymnastic capabilities.
All work outs are scaled to the capabilities of the participant. We utilize industry leading Wodify software to publish & track performance. We welcome beginner, intermediate and competitive athletes. CrossFit is great for individuals just starting their fitness journey as we teach basic functional movements. It has also proven to increase the strength and agility of athletes looking to progress during the offseason.
Weightlifting
Triple Crown Athletic offers a weightlifting program designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned lifters. They provide a range of strength training equipment, including free weights, barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, and various resistance machines. The facility emphasizes proper technique and safety, often with trainers on hand for guidance, individualized training, and support. The weightlifting area is set up for solo or group workouts, and the gym promotes a friendly, motivating environment for building strength and improving fitness.
