At Triple Crown Athletic, our striking program not only hones your technique and improves your fitness but also prepares you for the fight. With a focus on technique, conditioning, and practical application, our program offers a dynamic blend of training sessions that are proven to teach you how to effectively strike with your hands, feet, elbows & knees while also developing your defensive techniques to evade or block attacks. Each training session is unique yet structured to build upon previously taught techniques and movements, improve your cardio, enhance your flexibility and coordination while increasing your strength, endurance, awareness, stress and self- confidence.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to get in shape or tone muscle or an experienced fighter or martial artist seeking to enhance your skills, our striking program at Triple Crown Athletic offers something for everyone. All ages and skill levels welcome. You may chose no contact sessions only.
